Diane Grimard Wilson is an accomplished peak performance coach, and applied neuroscientist based in Chicago, with over 25 years of experience. She has a diverse range of certifications and training, including meditation teaching, the Interactive Metronome, neurofeedback, biofeedback, Neurolinguistic Programming, hypnosis, heart-rate variability training, career development, and leadership.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and Board Certification as a Fellow in Neurofeedback. She works with a wide range of clients, including physicians, executives, and technology professionals from around the world. Her expertise lies in optimizing brain function and helping individuals achieve their goals through a holistic and empowering approach. One of her deepest passions is helping people sleep.

Diane is also a sought-after professional speaker, sharing her knowledge and insights on topics such as sleep, stress, and peak performance. With a love of science, humor, and sharing stories, she has captivated audiences through speaking at conferences, corporate events, and educational institutions.

Diane is an accomplished author. Her books include the award-winning "Brain Dance" and "Back in Control," which have received multiple accolades. Outside of her professional pursuits, Diane is deeply committed to her personal growth and spiritual development. She is a dedicated student of meditation and has participated in in-person retreats with esteemed Buddhist teachers, including Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Diane continues to practice mindfulness meditation regularly and is actively involved with the Zen Life and Meditation Center of Chicago.
